To request assistance for one of your orders, please follow these steps.
Once logged in, please click on the bottom left part of the dashboard, on "Need Help?":
After, you can click on "Contact us":
You will land on this page:
Please click on "Category" and pick "Order Issue":
Please provide your Yakkyofy order number, fill in the problem description and you can add a screenshot showing the issue or error you are encountering:
When you are done, please click on "Send".
