To request assistance in regards to a quotation, please check the following steps.
First of all, you should log in and then look for the "Need Help?" button, on the bottom left side of the dashboard:
Then, please select "Contact us":
Once there, you will notice the "Category" tab. Please click on it and select "Request Issue":
You will land on this page:
In "Request type" please select either 'Dropshipping' or 'Wholesale':
Please also insert the SKU and a description of your question/issue:
Finally, please click on "Send" to forward your query.
